We’re cooking up something a little special for the Easter weekend.
Our Easter Tapas Feast is led by Christina from One Flew Over, who spent eight years living in Barcelona — so this one comes with proper roots. It’s all about bold flavours, shared plates and that slow, relaxed style of eating that turns a meal into an occasion.
We’re getting it out a little earlier this week, with collection and delivery on Thursday — ready to carry you through a long weekend of grazing, sharing and not having to think too hard about what’s for supper.
This Feast also marks a bit of a moment for us.
After six years of Wasted Kitchen, we’re stepping into a new chapter — which means this is the beginning of our final run of Feasts. A last few menus built around everything we love: seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and food designed to be shared.
If you’d like to be part of it, we’re offering our final three Feasts (10th, 17th & 24th April) for £100 — a simple way to enjoy the last of them together.
Inspired by Spanish kitchens and long, sociable meals, this menu brings together rich, comforting dishes with bright, punchy accents — warm spices, roasted vegetables, sharp vinegars and plenty of things to dip, scoop and share.
Easter Celebration Menu
Patatas Bravas with Kitchen Wild Garlic AioliCrisp potatoes with a gentle heat, lifted by creamy, punchy aioli.
Fabada de Asturias – Roast Tomato ButterbeansSlow-cooked butterbeans in a rich, smoky tomato base — comforting and deeply savoury.
Stuffed Peppers with Sherry Vinegar Glaze & Gilda SourdoughSweet roasted peppers stuffed with sourdough croutons and finished with a sherry vinegar glaze.
Kitchen Marinated Olives with Orange Zest, Fennel & a hint of ChilliBright, fragrant and just a little bit fiery.
Basque CheesecakeSoft, caramelised and just set — rich, simple and worth saving room for.

Every Friday Feast is made using seasonal surplus, store cupboard staples and locally sourced produce – so your meal is not just fresh and flavour-packed, but also part of a better food system.

🚚 Delivery:To Faversham, Whitstable & Canterbury between 5–7pm Thursday
